Accent Residences is located in Clarion, Pa and was established in 1982 so we’ve been in business for over 40 years. We have student apartments, houses, and townhouses available for rent, all within 1-2 blocks of the PennWest Clarion campus. Our rental properties on Greenville Avenue, Wilson Avenue, and Grand Avenue are able to very comfortably accommodate anywhere from 2-9 students.
