We have student apartments, houses, and townhouses available for rent, all within 1-2 blocks of the PennWest Clarion campus. Our rental properties on Greenville Avenue, Wilson Avenue, and Grand Avenue are able to very comfortably accommodate anywhere from 1-9 students. Rent with us and enjoy smoke free, fully furnished rental units with private bedrooms, tub/shower bathrooms, in unit washer and dryer, and free off-street parking.
