Hello! My name is Dr. George Shirey and I am a retired professor (of 37 years) from PennWest Clarion in the Earth Science department. Together, my late wife Wallis Anne, my son GeorDann, and I have owned and managed Accent Residences together for over 40 years. Our primary goal over the years has been to provide students with high quality student housing at an affordable price. We are proud to say we have had generations of families rent from us.

We operate our business with the philosophy that if our tenants aren't happy, then we aren't happy. And if something isn't right, we will do everything possible to make it right. We look forward to the opportunity to have you and your friends be tenants at one of our properties. Let us provide you with a new home away from home. College is meant to be a positive and rewarding experience and we will do everything we can to assist you in making sure that happens.
