What is the length of the lease? Lease agreements are 2 semesters (Fall and Spring).

Am I allowed to move-in early? Yes, our tenants can move in early for a small additional fee per day.

Are utilities included in the rent? All utilities are included in the rent except water/sewage and tv/internet as most of our locations.

Can I use Financial Aid to pay for off-campus housing? Yes. Off-campus housing is a qualified expense under room and board for FAFSA. You can apply on the PennWest Clarion website by clicking HERE.

What happens if something goes wrong and needs repaired? We have dedicated maintenance men who are available to fix issues as quickly as possible. Simply let us know and we will have them stop by your place.

Are the units furnished or unfurnished? Yes, all of our apartments are fully furnished which means they include a bed, mattress, box spring, study desk, and dresser for the bedroom. Additionally, there is a kitchen table and chairs, couch, coffee table, and tv stand.

Am I allowed to store things in the apartment over summer? Personal items may be stored over the summer for a small fee.

What if I need a summer lease? Yes, we have a separate summer lease which is available at a discounted rate compared to the Fall and Spring semester rent.

Who takes cares of the lawn? What about snow during winter? We take care of the lawns during summer and plow our parking lots during the winter season. It is the responsibility of our tenants to keep their sidewalks free of any snow or ice.

Is there a fee for parking? Our parking lot areas are free at all of our locations.
